KODAK ACQUIRES PAKON INC.
The Eastman Kodak Company has agreed to acquire Pakon Inc. The business will operate as an independent subsidiary serving OEM, retail customers and Kodak customers. Kodak had previously entered into an exclusive agreement with Pakon to provide scanners to its retail customers in Latin America. |
